CVM Mobility's suite of services for mobile phones is designed to help healthcare organizations strengthen patient relationships and streamline operations.
Patients may opt-in for all of these services through the CVM Online Self-Service portal solution:
- Mobile Reminders notifies patients of appointments, test results, pending bills or other announcements. Mobile text alerts help prevent no-shows and lost revenues.
- Mobile Bill Pay lets customers submit payment through Internet-capable mobile phones.
- Mobile Results offers secure delivery of laboratory or test results by mobile phone, reducing staff time spent contacting patients.
