As Chief Human Resources Officer, Jane Elliott is responsible for creating and executing NCR Voyix’s global people strategy to support the company’s overall business growth objectives. This includes initiatives on optimizing a high-performance culture through robust people programs while driving alignment to the business needs.

Jane recently joined NCR Voyix and is a seasoned human resources executive who has worked in the financial technology sector for more than 30 years. She has served in the top human resources role at three publicly listed companies since 2016, first with Global Payments, followed by Deluxe and her most recent role as Chief People Officer at Verint.

Jane began her career supporting the business in various accounting, finance, investor relations and strategy roles, holding leadership roles for the past 25 years within multinational companies. In 2016, Jane’s career pivoted into human resources, helping companies advance and align their overall people programs with their business objectives.

Jane has spent her entire career in positions of increasing responsibility and importance to the businesses with the common thread of solving business and people challenges through a high degree of technical competence and garnering trust from all levels of the organization.

In addition to her current duties, Jane is a board member for Junior Achievement of Georgia and Cool Girls. Originally from Western New York, Jane is a Rochester Institute of Technology graduate, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She resides in Sandy Springs, Georgia, with her husband.
