Kelli Sterrett is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for NCR Voyix. She has global responsibility for the company’s legal, compliance and risk functions.

Kelli has spent her career as a corporate attorney, focusing on strategic transactions, corporate governance, and securities law matters. She has significant experience with regulated industries. Kelli was most recently General Counsel at EVO Payments, a NASDAQ-listed electronic payments company.

Prior to EVO, she served as Deputy General Counsel of Scientific Games Corporation, a NASDAQ-listed technology and gaming company.

She began her career as a corporate attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in New York.

Kelli holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Colgate University and a juris doctorate from Columbia University School of Law.
